Health Risk Appraisal (HRA)
This highly effective tool assesses employee health behavior, health risks, readiness to change and other factors. Our HRA is flexible and can serve as a basis for a complete population health management program. Upon completing an HRA questionnaire, the employee receives a Personal Health Report, a 20-page, four-color summary of his or her overall wellness score and personal health issues.
